I thrive on the stability of knowing my next steps, as change often brings uncertainty & chaos.
This preference stems from much displacement trauma caused by 13 schools & 34 moves by the time I was 18 as well as the chaos of my parents’ divorce when I was 11. Recently, I discovered that this is also part of my 72.81% of the DOER Life Language.
Despite this, I have embraced many challenges of uncharted waters, figuring out processes, & documenting procedures. By doing so, I have ensured that I leave clear guidelines in the form of procedure manuals, blogs & teetimonies for others to follow, thus sparing them the uncertainty of not knowing how to get things done.
My ability to navigate uncharted waters & document processes not only highlights my resilience but also my compassion and foresight. By creating clear guidelines, I'm providing a sense of security & direction for those who follow, & therefore making a significant impact on their lives.
I've never considered it before, but I have been a pioneer in many areas of my life & career.
I'm a pioneer... (that's part of my 17.17% of the MOVER Life Language)
I have transformed my experiences into strengths, embracing the role of a pioneer while ensuring stability and clarity for others. 🌟
